To retain certification, we are audited annually by a third-party certification company. This keeps our ISO certification status up-to-date, so we can keep meeting our customers’ needs and expectations.
What does this mean?

This means we deliver when we say we will. This means we proactively communicate with our vendors. This means we track any deviation from those expectations and work with vendors to resolve issues.
“This standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach, and continual improvement.” We clearly document our policies and procedures for our employees.
