Refund & Return Policy

  •  For instrumentation, most products are engineered and customized to the customers’ needs and are not eligible for return or refund.
  • For repairs or services, please see the RMA procedure below.

Delivery Policy

  • Once your order is placed through our sales team, you will be given an estimated delivery date at the time of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

  • To cancel an engineered product order, the customer must contact a Sales Representative via phone call within 48 hours of placing the order.
  • Customers may cancel their order by contacting Process Solutions Corp. during business hours at 281.491.3833 or Sales@psctexas.com. To ensure quick processing and cancellation, please call if possible.

Refund & Return Policy

  • Items returned in original, and undamaged packaging, within 30 days after delivery will be credited at 100% of the invoiced amount.
  • Items returned more than 6 months after delivery will not be credited.

Delivery Policy

  • All items available for purchase online will be shipped out the same day if the order is placed before 3 pm.
  • For orders placed online, the delivery times will vary depending on the customer’s shipping method.

Cancellation Policy

  •  Should Customer, for any reason, desire to cancel an in-stock order (prior to shipping) he/she may do so at any time after order placement but before the order is processed by Process Solutions supplier’s facility.

Returned Material Authorization: (RMAs)

In the unexpected case a product is not functioning as expected, please follow these steps before returning products to us:

  1. Contact a Process Solutions sales representative before returning a product to get an RMA number. Most likely, they can troubleshoot remotely and resolve the issue by phone.
  2. If remote troubleshooting is not possible or you just wish to return a product for repair or service, one of our sales representatives will help you prepare a return note and label that must accompany the product back to PSC or the vendor.
  3. Products returned without an RMA and return note will not be processed.
