General Fulfillment and Return Policy Information

Our refund and returns policy is extended for thirty (30) days from the purchase date and eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of Process Solutions Corp. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Sales items and some items are not eligible for return due to the nature of our products and their uses. For example, many of our products are custom engineered and built around a specific customer’s needs, so these products generally are not eligible for return or refund. For more information about returns and refunds, please refer below to the corresponding type of product that was ordered. For refunds or credits, products must be returned with a return note with RMA number and return label, issued by Process Solutions Corp. Please review our RMA Procedure below for more information. Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item; we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or account.

Engineered Products

Refund and Return Policy
For instrumentation, most products that are engineered and customized to the customer’s needs and are not eligible for return or refund; this may be determined on a case-by-case basis. For repairs or services, please see the RMA Procedure below.
Delivery Policy
Once your order is placed through our sales team, you will be given an estimated delivery date at the time of purchase.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel an engineered product order, the customer must contact Process Solutions Corp. within 48 hours of placing the order. Customer may cancel by contacting Process Solutions Corp. or their Sales Representative during business hours at 281.491.3833 or sales@psctexas.com. To ensure quick processing and cancellation, please call if possible.

Intrinsically Safe (IS) Products

Refund and Return Policy
Intrinsically safe products are not eligible for return or refund. For repairs or service, please see the RMA Procedure below.

Non-intrinsically Safe Products (In Stock)

Refund and Return Policy
Non-intrinsically safe products may be eligible for return in their original, undamaged packaging within 30 days of purchase and will be credited up to 100% of the invoiced amount. Items may be accepted for return after 30 days, up to six months from purchase date, on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Process Solutions Corp. For repairs or service, please see the RMA Procedure below.
Delivery Policy
All items available for purchase online will be shipped out the same day if the order is placed before 3PM. For orders placed online, the delivery times will vary depending on the customer’s indicated shipping method.
Cancellation Policy
Online product orders can be cancelled at any time, for any reason prior to shipment. If the product has already been shipped, customers may cancel by contacting Process Solutions Corp. or their Sales Representative during business hours at 281.491.3833 or sales@psctexas.com. To ensure quick processing and cancellation, please call if possible.

Returned Material Authorization (RMA) Procedure

In the unexpected case that a product is not functioning as expected, please follow these steps before returning products to us:
  1. Contact Process Solutions Corp. or your Sales Representative before returning a product to get an RMA number. We may attempt to troubleshoot remotely or resolve the issue by phone before issuing a Returned Material Authorization.
  2. If remote troubleshooting is not possible, or if a product needs to be returned for repair or service, our team will prepare a return note with RMA number and return label; both must accompany the product’s return to Process Solutions Corp. or the indicated vendor.
  3. Products returned without the provided RMA number, note, and/or return label may not be processed.
