Our refund and returns policy is extended for thirty (30) days from the purchase date and eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of Process Solutions Corp. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Sales items and some items are not eligible for return due to the nature of our products and their uses. For example, many of our products are custom engineered and built around a specific customer’s needs, so these products generally are not eligible for return or refund. For more information about returns and refunds, please refer below to the corresponding type of product that was ordered. For refunds or credits, products must be returned with a return note with RMA number and return label, issued by Process Solutions Corp. Please review our RMA Procedure below

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item; we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or account.
