Intelligent Repeater, Signal Repeater

Intelligent Repeater, Signal Repeater

This solar powered repeater with battery backup is designed for signal enhancement of IIoTTTI transmitters. It offers an approximate range of 1.5 miles (2.4 km). Using a multiple Intelligent Repeater network, effective range is increased to 7 miles (11.3 km). For additional transmission needs, our cloud communication system can incorporate various transmission technologies such as traditional wired resources, local area networks, the internet, modems, fiber optics, satellites, etc. Furthermore, this signal repeater can integrate any sensor type into our optional Cloud Software, which provides remote, near real-time view of data, trends, as well as predictive analysis.

  • integrates directly to PLC, SCADA, DCS, etc.
  • ideal for obstructed, congested, and remote areas
  • enhances signal strength of other transmitters
  • optional Cloud Software integrates near real-time data with trending and predictive analysis

Description

  • signal repeater that increases transmission range of other IIoTTTI transmitters
  • provides data logging and integration to the cloud, DCS, SCADA, PLC, etc.
  • operates on AC or solar power and also has an instantaneous battery backup system
  • integrates with our optional Cloud Software for near real-time data viewing, trends, and predictive analysis

Intelligent Signal Repeater

IIoT Technology Innovations, Inc. (IIoTTTI) offers this AC or solar powered (with battery backup) signal repeater. This signal repeater enhances the transmission signal of our wireless transmitters. On their own, IIoTTTI wireless transmitters offer an approximate range of 1.5 miles (2.4 km). However, using an Intelligent Repeater network brings the effective range up to 7 miles (11.3 km) or more. For additional transmission needs, the IIoTTTI SolutioNet 4.0 system incorporates various transmission technologies such as traditional wired resources, local area networks, the internet, modems, fiber optics, as well as satellites, and more.

Advanced Wireless Data Transmission via Frequency Hopping

frequency-hopping-remote-wireless-transmitters-industrial-iot-instrumentation-remote-areas-remote-transmitting-unit-signal-repeater

Frequency hopping provides redundancy to reduce the risk of losing a signal to interference or reception. This is due to its unique spread spectrum data transmission technique. Frequency hopping minimizes the effects of walls, structures, and also terrain of the signal, which means these transmitters work well even in obscured areas. In addition, it allows data to be secure on both the sending and receiving ends of the process.

These Data Packets Transmit via a Transmit Only Device in a binary format. Then, the Receive Only Device receives and processes the packet before integrating it in our Modbus enabled Serial Data Processing Device. After, the data converts into something that is meaningful by correlating to our data base, as the factory programs it to work in conjunction with the field instruments.
