The mini CORI-FLOW Series provides a technological breakthrough in Coriolis flow meter measurements and control, by realizing a compact, cost-effective Coriolis Mass Flow Meter and Controller for accurate measurement and control of (very) low flow rates. The unique design of the miniature Coriolis sensor features unsurpassed performance, even with changing operating conditions in pressure, temperature, density, conductivity, and viscosity.
Contrary to many other Coriolis flow meters on the market, the mini CORI-FLOW Series offers integrated PID control and close-coupled control valves or pumps, thus constituting very compact, cost and space-saving, precise Coriolis Mass Flow Controllers for low flow liquid and gas regulation.

Description
The mini CORI-FLOW is a compact, high-precision Coriolis flow meter and controller for both liquids and gases. Employing the established Coriolis measurement principle, it delivers direct mass-flow readings that are independent of fluid properties. Thus, Coriolis flow meters enable superior accuracy, repeatability and reliability.
With integrated PID controller functionality, the mini CORI-FLOW allows precise dosing via pumps or shut-off valves without a separate PLC. Therefore, it’s ideal for applications such as additive dosing in food & beverage, chemical pilot plants, or catalyst injection. Its compact size makes it an excellent choice for constrained spaces, for example, laboratories, OEM installations or pilot-scale systems. Furthermore, it offers advanced communication protocols for modern integration.
This Coriolis flow meter supports a wide range of flow rates (from very low to several hundred kilograms per hour), and is also built for demanding environments including hazardous areas (Zone 1/2). Temperature as well as density measurement channels, along with multi-parameter capabilities, expand its utility beyond mere flow rate monitoring to full process control. Using a Coriolis Flow Meter as an Alternative to Thermal Mass Flow Meters
The mini CORI-FLOW Series was designed to enable easy exchange of traditional thermal mass flow controllers. mini CORI-FLOW flow controllers also have the same footprint and also electrically the instruments feature the same options for analog and Fieldbus communication. Compared to thermal mass flow controllers, Coriolis based flow controllers are more accurate, faster, and offer independence from fluid properties.

The mini CORI-FLOW Series features state-of-the-art digital technology, thus offering Fieldbus interface options and additional functions such as totalization and alarms. The instruments can be tuned according to customer requirements using the RS232 and Fieldbus interface and a number of free to use software tools.
