CS20 Industrial Temperature Transmitter

CS20 Industrial Temperature Transmitter

The CS20 Industrial Temperature Transmitter is designed for fluid temperature measurement such as water and chemical storage, hydraulic oil fluids, gear box lubrication systems, gas flow temperature, and more. This temperature transmitter, from Core Sensors, features a 316L SS probe, thread area, and internal amplifier with a 4-20 mA or 1-5 V output signal allow for easy installation in a wide range of process liquids and gases. Configurable temperature ranges from -40 to 392˚F (-40 to 200˚C) are available with various probe lengths.

  • amplified 4-20mA or 1-5V output signal
  • 316L SS probe and process connection
  • reverse polarity and EMI protection
  • configurable temperature ranges from -40 to 392˚F (-40 to 200˚C)

Description

The CS20 Industrial Temperature Transmitter is ideal for fluid temperature measurement applications. A 316L SS probe and thread area allow for installation in a wide range of process liquids and gases. An internal amplifier offers a 4-20 mA or 1-5 V output signal to reduce installation time. Configurable temperature ranges from -40 to 392˚F (-40 to 200˚C) are available with various probe lengths.

  • no external amplification necessary
  • configurable temperature ranges from -40 to 392˚F (-40 to 200˚C)
  • amplified 4-20 mA or 1-5 V output signal
  • 316L SS probe and process connection
  • reverse polarity and EMI protection

CS20 Industrial Temperature Transmitter

The CS20 Industrial Temperature Transmitter features an internal amplifier, offering either a 4-20 mA or 1-5 V output signal. This eliminates the need for the user to amplify the ohm resistance from the RTD. The CS20 temperature transmitter, from Core Sensors, can connect directly to an existing data acquisition system in minutes with minimal setup. Refer to the “Model Number Configuration” section below for the available calibration temperature ranges.

Various probe lengths and electrical connectors, including a DIN43650-A or M12x1 Eurofast, are available to further simplify installation.
