Red Lion’s Sixnet SLX Series managed industrial Ethernet switches are designed to meet the highest demands of extreme applications. Available with Ethernet and fiber options, the managed SLX Ethernet switches offer Modbus monitoring, protected circuitry and tough DIN-rail mountable metal enclosures to ensure rugged reliability.
These Sixnet SLX Ethernet switches from Red Lion are available with five to 18 ports, offering a combination of Fast Ethernet and Gigabit port speeds. These managed Ethernet switches provide copper, fiber, and/or SFP port combinations for maximum flexibility.
The SLX line of managed Ethernet switches provides uncompromising performance in harsh environments including features like Real-Time Ring, RSTP, priority queuing, IGMP, RMON, and SNMP. These network management features provide best-in-class visibility and uptime performance.
The SLX managed Ethernet switches are available in metal IP30 protected enclosures and have wide -40° to 75°C operating temperatures. With UL Class I, Division 2 listing, CSA, CE, NEMA TS2, and maritime ratings, these switches offer a design to last in the most demanding environments.
The SLX provides a high level of security utilizing TLS/ SSL encryption and port-based MAC address filtering. These switches also offer HTTPS, SSH, SSL, and SNMPv3 communication protocols to ensure the safest connections.
Sixnet SLX-8MG Series Ethernet SwitchRed Lion’s Sixnet Series SLX-8MG managed Gigabit Ethernet switch features eight ports with four SFP combination ports and Modbus monitoring, providing reliable connectivity options in harsh environments. The rugged SLX-8MG managed switch features eight 10/100/1000Base-T(X) ports with four SFP combo ports (supporting 100Base or 1000Base fiber transceivers). With a design to handle harsh environments, the SLX-8MG Series is available in a slim, hard metal DIN-rail enclosure.
