Our partners at PR Electronics have released a new product – the PR 4512 Bluetooth Communication Enabler. This product enables Bluetooth communication and data logging on any of your PR 4000 and PR 9000 units.

To access your data, mount the PR 4512 Bluetooth Communication Enabler on the front of your device, and install the PPS app on your smart device (iOS and Android).

Access all existing and future PR 4000 and PR 9000 units

The PR 4512 will support our existing PR 4000 and PR 9000 devices and all other future releases. The 4512 gives you the simplest, most cost-effective way of optimizing your operations. Having access to all of your process data in the palm of your hands is something that can make a large difference for your organization, even more so during a worldwide pandemic where many people are being forced to work from home.

The PR 4512 Bluetooth device allows you to easily communicate between your PR 4000 and 9000 modules.

• Simple pairing or safe pairing via two-factor authentication
• Program the devices via Bluetooth using a PR Electronics PPS application
• Monitor live process values and diagnostic information on the app
• Advanced data logging including time-stamped events utilizing the built-in real-time clock
• While on-site, easily analyze real-time process data by uploading it to an IOS or Android device. You can also view data in .cvs format for convenient analysis on your PC.

You can analyze and save all logged data on a PC using PR’s Preset software and the PR 4590 ConfigMate. Simply place the PR 4512 Bluetooth device on the docking station to export data directly into the software.

This product allows for the transfer of stored device configurations to and from a PC for backup.
