PR 8501 Field Enclosure
The PR 8501 Field Enclosure offers protection from harsh environments and an IP65 rating. It is intended for use with PR electronics displays and signal indicators: PR 5531A Loop-Powered LCD Indicator, PR 5714 Programmable LED Indicator, PR 5715 Programmable LED Indicator, and PR 5725 Programmable Frequency Indicator. The PR 8501 Field Enclosure is included with the PR 5531B Loop-Powered LCD Indicator.

Description
The PR Field Enclosure 8501, from PR electronics, is a rugged, multi-purpose housing designed to protect PR’s LCD/LED instrumentation in harsh process and outdoor environments. Built from corrosion-resistant aluminum and topped with a salt-water-proof powder coating, it offers IP65 protection, with unused gland entries fitted with sealed blanking plugs rated to IP68. Featuring four bottom M16 threaded cable inputs, and tough stainless steel fasteners front and back, the 92×112×143 mm unit fits displays such as the 5531A, 5714, 5715, and 5725 securely via a front-cut-out. Ideal for wall or panel mounting, the 8501 keeps critical instruments safe from moisture, dust, and physical damage.
