A few years ago, Bronkhorst launched a new app called FlowSuite to monitor and service their digital flow meters. Bronkhorst FlowSuite is a free flow software application for monitoring and configuration purposes with Bronkhorst digital instruments. FlowSuite gives insight into dynamic behavior and features of low flow instrumentation. FlowSuite is ideal for easy configuration and control of Bronkhorst products in non-critical processes. FlowSuite is ideal for easy configuration and control of Bronkhorst products.
We do not suggest using this app to control critical processes. However, it’s great for controlling and monitoring research and pilot setups. For critical processes, we recommend using a dedicated process flow controller such as the PSC6194. Compared to the first release, Bronkhorst FlowSuite version 2 is suited for a wider range of Bronkhorst product series. This is especially true for the EL-FLOW Prestige, MASS-STREAM D-6400, and FLEXI-FLOW. Additionally, Bronkhorst is also working on future updates and expansion of this application software.

With FlowSuite, it is possible to monitor, configure, and optimize Bronkhorst digital instruments via a single interface. The software is versatile and offers many useful features. This includes a display with multiple graphs, easy device configuration, and real-time logging of measured data in a CSV file.
The modern user interface is adaptive and available in English, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. FlowSuite is available for use with Apple, Android / Google, and Windows products.
In our everyday world, devices are evolving and becoming more intuitive in use, whether these are vacuum cleaners or smart watches. Most engineers are eager to get the functional process up and running but are less interested in the parameters of the specific components in the process during the start-up phase. Consumers are more accustomed to ‘plug-and-play’ products. And this is no different in industrial environments. Therefore, there’s a need to develop a new functional software tool to easily monitor and service flow meters.
