OPTIFLUX 2050 for Water Flow Measurement

The OPTIFLUX 2050 is an electromagnetic flowmeter (magmeter) designed to meet the demands of all municipal water and wastewater applications including groundwater, potable water, wastewater, sludge and sewage, industry water, salt water, etc. This magmeter, from KROHNE, has a field proven and unsurpassed lifetime. This is assured by the fully welded construction, full bore pipe, absence of moving parts, and wear resistant liner materials. The flow sensor has the widest diameter range available in the market: from DN25 up to DN3000.

  • suitable for all municipal water and wastewater applications
  • wide range of approvals for potable water
  • robust, fully welded construction with full bore pipe
  • liner materials resistant to low concentrated chemicals
  • suitable for subsoil installation and constant flooding (IP68)
  • extra isolation of electronics for use in high humidity areas

Description

The OPTIFLUX 2050 is an electromagnetic flowmeter (magmeter) for basic and advanced water flow measurement in wastewater and municipal water applications. It is suitable for all cost-effective measurements where extremely high accuracy, extensive diagnostics, or a wide range of communication options are not a priority. This magmeter has a wide diameter range: DN25 to DN1200 (1 to 48″). In addition, this magmeter for water flow measurement offers all available approvals for drinking water. The extra isolation of its electronics as well as its special housing makes the OPTIFLUX 2050, from KROHNE, particularly suitable for use in areas with extreme humidity.
