The EXL10 Series features a built-in logic engine, operator interface, and networking. All units feature a microSD slot, supporting at least 32GB. Logic engine features 1MB of application memory with a 0.013mS/K logic scan. Two CAN Ports Put Your Application in Motion
The EXL10 Series of HMI controllers include two CAN ports. One port utilizes CsCAN for distributed plug and play I/O over a 500m distance. The second port provides support for CANopen and SAE J1939 for mobile applications.
The XL10 HMI interface controller pushes the 10 inch OCS to the next level through dual CAN and dual ethernet, blazing processing speeds, and enhanced video/audio capabilities. Moreover, Horner Automation is excited to announce an update to this product with the XL Prime Series featuring the XL10 Prime and XL10W Prime. In addition, the Canvas Series features the Canvas 10D with outstanding graphical quality for graphs, trends, gauges, and more.
Overall, the EXL10 Series provides twice the connectivity of all other products in its class. With two high-speed counters and dual 10/100 Ethernet ports, the EXL10 adds flexibility when linking to factory networks like integrated Web Server, FTP Host, Email functionality, Modbus TCP Commander / Responder (Master / Slave), as well as program updates, and more.
The EXL10 includes two USB 2.0 ports and a host port as well as an on-the-go port. The host port allows connection of removable FLASH drives, which supports drives up to 2TB. With EXL10 Online Programming, it also allows the logic program to be modified on-the-fly without entering stop mode.
Futhermore, the display benefits end-users by providing high outdoor visibility and allowing the EXL10 to be used in a variety of ambient lighting conditions. In addition to exceptional display performance, the EXL10 contains a powerful logic engine with built-in digital and analog I/O and online programming capability.
