The OPTIBAR DP 7060 is a differential pressure transmitter for flow, level, differential pressure, density, and interface measurements. With a newly developed piezoresistive differential pressure measuring device, the OPTIBAR DP 7060, from KROHNE, provides not only the exact differential pressure under any operating conditions but also simultaneously measures the static pressure in the process line. The extremely compact measuring cell has a robust and precise response to temperature changes and with step response times of just 125 ms, it provides enough measurements for reliable and stable process control.
The OPTIBAR DP 7060 is a differential pressure (DP) transmitter with integrated absolute pressure measurement. Furthermore, it offers a high degree of modularity for various flow, hydrostatic level, or process pressure measurements in municipal water and wastewater applications. For DP flow measurements, this DP transmitter can combine with KROHNE primary elements, such as our compact orifice plate, integral orifice run assembly, or pitot tubes.
This DP pressure transmitter features the proven-in-use DP transmitter technology of the OPTIBAR series, but comes with high-end options that are not available on the compact OPTIBAR DP 3050. Equipped with diaphragm seals, it is an ideal choice for hydrostatic level, interface, density, as well as demanding DP applications. Featuring a quick response time of just 125 ms, this DP transmitter offers high accuracy in addition to high measurement stability under all process conditions.
Our OPTIBAR DP transmitters are the only DP transmitters on the market that are capable of carrying out a total 3D linearization of its differential pressure transmitter. For robust and accurate differential pressure measurement, even under changing process conditions, each OPTIBAR DP 7060 differential pressure transmitter is linearized in all three dimensions during calibration such as: differential pressure, ambient temperature, and static pressure. Since the full operating range, as specified, is covered, an utmost stable and accurate measurement under all process conditions is guaranteed.
