Talk2M security environment is regularly tested to ensure a high security level to our platform, and so ensuring the strongest security posture to our customers. Admeritia GmbH has performed and completed tests on the remote connectivity service Talk2M, including all servers and services. As a result, Admeritia GmbH attributed the STAR Certificate to Talk2M.
In addition to Remote Access, Talk2M provides data services such as data collection from remote sites and alarm management which allow performance monitoring and proactive maintenance.

Talk2M is supervised 24/7/365 by on duty engineers and provide you with a first rate monitoring based on KPIs gathered from all servers thanks to proven and effective monitoring software (i.e. Munin).
Talk2M PRO reaches a rate of 99.6% per year availability with a maximum breakdown of 4 consecutive hours. Talk2M PRO services are guaranteed through SLA (Service Level Agreement).
Talk2M has several servers in different regions of the world: Europe, North America, Japan, China, Australia, India, South Africa, etc. Talk2M allocates the best server location to improve remote access performance and reduce latency between IP packets using eWON IP geo-localization.
Talk2M server architecture is fully redundant with 3 different hosting providers geographically distributed in a way to maximize resilience & separated access servers and VPN servers for an optimized roll-out mechanism.
Talk2M is fully compatible with all mobile devices thanks to M2Web. M2Web is a standard service of Talk2M providing secure browser-based mobile access to your remote HMI, web server, PC and panels.
Talk2M support all communication technologies. No matter which communication method is used (LAN, ADSL, 2G, 3G, 4G, LTE, WiFi, etc.), Talk2M will always offer the same user experience and same tools.
Within eCatcher, the remote access client of Talk2M, users are able to access their eWON devices after a credentials check in a single click. Talk2M and eCatcher helps to manage eWON devices and users into groups. The Talk2M PRO account provides a powerful access control process available through eCatcher. Talk2M PRO account administrator can easily grant access rights to a user or users group for a complete site or to a single device. This allows restrictive access to what is really required and thus avoids errors or unwanted remote actions. With the Talk2M PRO, three engineers can establish a concurrent eCatcher connection at the same time.
Talk2M is compatible with VNC (Virtual Network Computing) and all standard HMI’s running it. Talk2M is also RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol) compatible with all devices running (Windows XP, Professional, 200 Terminal Server, Server 2003, Vista, 7, 8 and 8.1).
Detailed reports are available including all information required to trace all remote connections (date, time, user name, machine, connection time and traffic).
