Bronkhorst FlowPlot Software for Flow Control

FlowPlot is a flow software application for monitoring and service purposes on Bronkhorst digital flow instrumentation. It gives insight into the dynamic behavior of meters and controllers and allows adjustment of controller, alarm, and counter settings. While plotting, the software tool can store data in a comma separated file (CSV), thus serving as a data logger. FlowPlot software for flow control is a Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) client for flow control and relies on FlowDDE for communication to the instrument.

Learn How FlowPlot Works

After startup, FlowPlot will automatically detect if the communication by FlowDDE to the instrument is open. If not, a message will appear in the status bar at the bottom and most buttons will disable. If the communication is open, FlowPlot will pop up the Select Parameters window.

When FlowPlot starts the next time and the bus configuration is the same, FlowPlot will load the parameter settings. The default parameter settings will be used if the bus configuration has changed. Be aware that the color settings will not be default in that case.
