Description

The OPTIFLUX 1300 is an electromagnetic flow meter (EMF), or magmeter, with a compact, lightweight wafer-style design. This magnetic flow meter is an economical solution for applications with conductive liquids (≥ 5 μS/cm) in addition to higher solid content (up to 70%). In comparison with the OPTIFLUX 1100, the OPTIFLUX 1300, from KROHNE, offers better accuracy. Furthermore, this flow meter meets the demands of many applications in the municipal and wastewater industry. This magnetic flow meter is also a preference in dosing systems, compact skids, chemical handling systems, or pump and firefighting systems.

The OPTIFLUX 1300 features a reinforced PFA liner as well as Hastelloy electrodes that guarantee excellent chemical resistance and a large temperature range up to 248˚F (120˚C). This EMF has no internal moving parts, does not require maintenance, and is also insensitive to vibrations. It comes with various digital communication options and approvals for use in hazardous areas. Furthermore, operators can use the OPTICHECK service tool for full on-site verification of this flow meter without process interruption.
