The CLASSIC 830 switch and transmitter offers a threaded process connection for in-line flow measurement and control. It is user configurable for flow, level, fluids interface, temperature applications, and is suitable for use in air, gases, water, liquids, and slurries. The Kayden CLASSIC 830 has several unique features that make it the world’s most advanced thermal flow and level switch including: temperature mode, 4-20 mA outputs, Modbus, digital temperature compensation, automated self-test diagnostics, and a simple, intuitive user interface.
The patented design of the Kayden CLASSIC 830 provides the ultimate performance and features package for flow, level, interface, and temperature sensing. It combines precision welded, highly accurate sensors, extremely rugged enclosures, and advanced digital electronics. In addition, it offers failure resistance inherent in Thermal Dispersion technology with the performance and features usually reserved for much more expensive instrumentation.

Description
The CLASSIC 830 Threaded, In-Line Flow Switch and Transmitter features a precision welded, highly accurate stainless steel sensor. It’s ideal for liquids, gases, and slurries in clean or dirty processes and is available with 3/4″ FNPT connections in a horizontal or vertical orientation. In addition, all Kayden models feature a rugged flameproof enclosure with blind or lens cover options. Its advanced digital electronics will revolutionize the way you monitor and control your process.
