IN-FLOW Series, High-Flow Mass Flow Meters and Controllers

IN-FLOW Series thermal mass flow meters and controllers are designed for high flow rates of clean gases and are equipped with an industrial style pc-board housing to offer IP65 protection. Control valves can either be integrally or separately mounted to measure and control gas flows.

For the consumption measurement of high gas flow rates, customers often select volumetric flow meters e.g. Vortex flow meters, turbine flow meters, or instruments based on the measurement of differential pressure. To read mass flow, all these measurement principles require temperature and pressure compensation. IN-FLOW Series models F-106 / F-107 directly measure high mass flow rates of gases up to a pipe size of 10 inch / DN 250.

Approvals and Communication

IN-FLOW Series mass flow meters and controllers can be configured for use in explosive environments with FM Class I Division 2 approval. Their digital pc-board offers counter and alarm functions as a standard feature, as well as the option to integrate an on-board interface board for CANopen, DeviceNet, EtherCAT, PROFIBUS DP, PROFINET, Modbus RTU, ASCII or TCP/IP, EtherNet/IP, POWERLINK, or FLOW-BUS communication.

Mass Flow Controllers for High Gas Flow Rates

IN-FLOW high-flow thermal mass flow meter and controller models F-206AI and F-206BI are compact Mass Flow Controllers with integrated, normally closed control valves with up to Kv-values of 6.0 and flow rates up to approximately 375 m3n/h N2 -equivalent.
