CS-HTP is a compact high temperature pressure sensor designed with a fully active four-arm Wheatstone bridge, dielectrically isolated Silicon on Sapphire sensing element based on proprietary technology. With an operating temperature range of -319 to 399˚F, this pressure sensor is a great choice for extreme temperature applications such as cryogenics, use in engine compartments, and more. The miniature size of the CS-HTP, from Core Sensors, allows for installation in confined spaces. Its full-scale output of 125 mV at 10 VDC excitation provides a large amount of usable output for simplifying signal conditioning.
The CS-HTP is a miniature high temperature pressure sensor from Core Sensors. It uses a fully active four-arm Wheatstone bridge, dielectrically isolated Silicon on Sapphire sensing element based on proprietary technology. An operating temperature range of -319 to 399˚F (-195 to 204˚C) makes this pressure sensor ideal for extreme temperature applications from cryogenics to engine compartments.
The miniature design of the CS-HTP allows for installation in confined spaces. A typical full-scale output of 125 mV at 10 VDC excitation provides a large amount of usable output for simplifying signal conditioning. An optional independent PT1000 temperature output offers additional measurement capabilities in a single compact sensor.
The CS-HTP Miniature High Temperature Pressure Sensor offers a typical full scale output of 125mV when using a 10VDC excitation. This provides a large amount of usable output, simplifying signal conditioning. An optional PT1000 temperature output is available for applications where a reference temperature measurement is beneficial.
The CS-HTP features a Titanium BT9 (Grade 12) metallic construction offering high strength in high temperature applications. All of these features come in a small, compact package with a typical diameter of ~12 mm. Titanium BT9 alloy is ideal for high strength, high temperature applications. It is excellent for downhole and aircraft test stand engine exhaust gas pressure measurements. Titanium BT9 is the material used in all of our high temperature sensors.
*Accuracy includes non-linearity, hysteresis and non-repeatability.
*Sensor will operate off of any voltage up to 12VDC. Output is ratiometric to supply voltage used.
