PR 6437A 2-wire, DIN Rail Mounted Temperature Transmitter

The PR 6437A, from PR electronics, is a 2-wire, DIN-rail mounted temperature transmitter with multiple hazardous area approvals. It features programmable input limits with runtime metering to ensure maximum process traceability and sensor out of range protection. It offers either 4-20 mA or HART Protocol output.

• RTD, TC, potentiometer, linear resistance, and bipolar mV input
• single or true dual inputs with sensor redundancy and drift detection
• wide ambient operating temperature of -50 to 85°C (-58 to 185˚F)
• full assessment to IEC61508 : 2010 for use in SIL 2/3 applications
• can be switched from HART 7 to HART 5 protocol using PReset software and a PR 5909 Loop Link or a HART interface
