Director of Account Managers

Process Solutions Corp. (PSC) is a rapidly growing industrial automation and control company based in Houston with an immediate opening for a Director of Account Managers. We represent world class products that can easily be differentiated. We are looking for the right individual with the ability to recruit, train, manage, motivate, and coach a sales team.

Your role as a Director of Account Managers will be to work closely with our account managers and other company departments to grow profitable markets by presenting our products and value-added services. You will need a broad knowledge of our company services, products and the ability to cultivate a strong sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage outsides sales, including Houston, north Texas, central Texas, and Louisiana.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a high performing team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to inspire, incentivize, manage, and lead a sales team.
  • Development of sales staff with regard to performance and professional growth.
  • Plan development (including goals, objectives and strategies focused on budget, profit margin, and direct sales attainment).
  • Develop strategic sales and marketing plans with outside sales team for each account in conjunction with organizational objectives.
  • Technical knowledge, relationship building, and solid communication skills are essential.
  • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction through direct contact and coordination of internal company resources.
  • Strong technology skills and proficiency using MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation skills) and business acumen.
  • Minimal travel needed.

Preferred Background

  • Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary education in technical, business, sales, or related field.
  • 15 years experience in technical sales to corporate accounts (Fortune 500 O&G, chemical refinery, OEMs, and water/wastewater).
  • Previous knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems preferred.
Central Texas Outside Sales Account Manager

Are you looking for a position in industrial sales that has no caps on earnings and can offer you the opportunity to earn what you are capable of earning because of your sales abilities? Process Solutions Corp. (PSC) is a Houston, Texas based company with TWO immediate openings for industrial sales representatives. We are looking for the right sales personality who wants to succeed in growing the existing territory to be the biggest and the highest producing in the Central & North Texas region.

Do you pride yourself as someone who can make cold calls, maintain existing clients and develop new sales leads and sales from networking? Do you like the hunt and the challenge of closing the sale? If you have had prior full life cycle B2B sales experience and want to continue to be involved in the sales process from the initial customer contact, the pre-bid meetings, cost estimates and proposals through the actual close of the sale and implementation then...WE WANT TO TALK TO YOU!

Qualified candidates must have a thorough knowledge and experience of the Central or North Texas region industrial companies. Sales Rep’s must have 5 to 7 years experience in B2B product sales to OEM, Oil and Gas, Water/Waste Water and/or Semiconductor industries.

Prefer Candidates with a BSEE, BSBA or BS in Computers from an accredited university, but experience can compensate for degree. Excellent communication skills are a must. We will only consider someone with real sales savvy and past quota experience.
