Red Lion's IndustrialPro cellular routers are available with multiple port configurations that include up to five 10/100Base-T(X) Ethernet ports. They also feature one RS-232 port and support for Serial-to-IP communications.
Designed to deliver secure communications to remote locations, our industrial cellular routers support robust security features such as VPN tunnels, port forwarding, stateful firewall, packet filtering, data encryption and an Access Control List (ACL).
IndustrialPro routers can be managed locally through direct device connection or remotely via SixView Manager® software. Our flexible remote management software package is designed to increase productivity and reduce costs for organizations using Sixnet series industrial cellular routers. With a web-based console and customized dashboard, users are able to remotely access, configure and manage critical device information from a central location.
Red Lion's LD2 series 2.25 inch (57 mm) high LED displays are easily read from a distance of up to 130 feet. Housed in an extremely rugged aluminum case the product meets NEMA 4X/IP65 specification making this display perfect for industrial applications. Various models for count/rate, time, voltage/current/process, strain gage and serial slave display are available. Some models provide dual setpoints for control and RS-232 or RS-485 communication ports to allow the displayed data to be networked.
Red Lion's Sixnet® series ET serial to Ethernet device servers are ideal for connecting your serial based equipment to an IP Ethernet network. These rugged and compact industrial serial to Ethernet converters are easy to use and can be deployed in a variety of harsh environment applications. The ET-GT device servers support Modbus communication and are ideal for use with RTUs and ASCII serial devices. Setup is easy using the supplied software for device installation and advanced configuration.
The ET-DS has one serial port, which provides RS-232, RS-422, or RS-485 communication, one RJ45 serial connector and one software selectable Ethernet port (10Base-T or 10/100BaseTX). The ET-GT series is available with one serial port providing RS-232 (ET-GT-232-1) or RS-485 (ET-GT-485-1) communication. The ET-GT comes with one 10Base-T Ethernet connector, and one serial port. The RS-232 port is available with a DB9 connector while the RS-485 port is available with a screw terminal block.
The ET series is designed for industrial environments and feature a wide operating temperature range -30° to 70°C temperature range. Power input supports 10 to 30 VDC via barrel plug.
From the dual line, tri-color display to universal power and input capabilities, Red Lion's PAX2 series is packed full of features that set it apart from other panel meters. Field upgradeable option cards for outputs and communications add even more versatility, allowing the PAX2 to deliver an ideal solution for applications requiring two parameters to be visualized at the same time.
The PAX2 series offers many features and performance capabilities that are not available on standard panel meters. The digital input meters offer dual count and dual rate meters all in the same package. A third counter and third rate display allows the user to do simple math functions. The optional plug-in output cards allow the opportunity to configure the meter for present applications, while providing easy upgrades for future needs. The analog input meters offer two displays as well, with the top line displaying process and the bottom line showing totalizing or setpoint value.
The PAX2 series offers the widest range of inputs in the industry. PAX models cover both digital and analog signals including count, voltage, current, process input, rate, strain gage and thermocouple/RTD inputs.
The PAX2 meters can be fitted with optional field-installable plug-in cards which allow you to configure the PAX2 for present applications, while providing easy upgrades for future needs.
Red Lion's PAX® meter is the workhorse of our panel meter line-up. Models include both digital and analog inputs. From its sunlight readable display to the wide variety of field-installable options cards, the PAX meter will easily handle your application requirements.
The PAX series offers a five or six digit display available with a red sunlight readable red display, or green for indoor applications. The intensity of the display can be adjusted from dark room applications up to sunlight readable, making it ideal for viewing in bright light applications. This easy to read display has 14 mm character height, and offers NEMA 4X/IP65 protection.
The PAX series of panel meters offer the widest range of inputs in the industry. PAX models cover both digital and analog signals including count, voltage/current, process input, rate, strain gage, timer, real time clock and thermocouple/RTD inputs.
The PAX series allows for the installation of up to three option cards which allow you to configure the PAX for present applications, while providing easy upgrades for future needs. Optional field-installable plug-in cards can provide additional communications such as Modbus, RS-232, RS-485, DeviceNet or Profibus. In addition, option cards may include dual/quad relays, quad sinking/sourcing, or linear DC outputs.
The PAX offers up to four setpoint alarms (option card required) and may be configured to suit a variety of control and alarm requirements. The meter provides a max and min rate reading memory with programmable capture time. The capture time is used to prevent detection of false max or min readings which may occur during start-up or unusual process events. Power input options include 85 to 250 VAC or 11 to 36 VDC / 24 VAC.
